Pet PolicyWe are Pet Friendly! We allow 1 or 2 pets depending on the unit, pet fee varies from 0 to 50 depending on the property and length of stay. We are happy to consider additional pets, just ask! We do not have species, breed or size restrictions. Most of our properties are multi-unit, so be prepared for your furbaby (or featherbaby, scalebaby, as the case may be) to encounter other pets when outside. The pet fee is for interior cleaning, and you will need to pick up any presents your pet deposits in the yard in a timely manner. Animal feces attracts flies and kills plants. You will be charged $75 if we have to do it for you. Thanks :)

Check-in/ Check-outCheck-in is 3pm to 9pm Check-out is by 11am If you’re interested in early check in, inquire the morning of your arrival to see if it’s available. If you’re interested in late check out, inquire the day before your departure to see if it’s available. Your check-in information will be provided the morning of your arrival- access will be via keypad or lockbox.

Cancellation PolicyPlease provide 30 day notice for cancellations. Cancellations made within this window will forfeit their first months rent, or if the reservation is less than one month, the entirety of their reservation cost. If you cancel your reservation prior to arrival your $500 deposit will be refunded.

DepositWe take a $500 refundable damage deposit at the time of booking . If you prefer to book on VRBO you can purchase damage protection there for $59. The damage deposit/protections are non-negotiable. Your Deposit will be refunded minus any charges incurred due to missing/damaged property within 2 weeks.

Payment typesMastercard, Visa, and American Express are accepted through the website using secure processing via Stripe. Stripe is a secure payment processing platform, I will not have direct access to your cc information.

Billing/Payments for Multi-Month ReservationsIf you are staying more than 1 month, you can choose to pay up front, or have your reservation fee automatically charged on a monthly basis. The monthly reservation rates are based on a 30 day month, months with more or less days will have a lower/higher rate respectively.
