Additional services
Lawn/Yard Care
Have a great company in place and want to keep using them? No problem. In need of yard care to keep your place in tip-top shape? We’ve got you covered. Yard care packages begin at 100/mth, exact cost is determined by your lot size and required care.
Maintenance
We have in house maintenance to complete small, emergency maintenance jobs at the base fee of $100/call + supplies. For larger maintenance issues we are happy to schedule and manage the jobs with other subcontractors.
After your approval, we pay out the subcontractors and subtract it from your monthly payout.
Hard Goods
Things like cookware, linens, small kitchen appliances (think coffee maker), and sometimes even furniture needs to be replaced. We keep an eye on these things for you and will take the initiative to replace anything totaling $100 or less. For anything over you can waive your right to approval, or we are happy to run it by you before making a purchase.
County Taxes
Escambia county assesses a tax of 5% of monthly gross. If you're in a different county- your tax may differ. We will manage your tax account for you.
